What we are about...

 

 

It is not ground breaking news that Gun Rights have been at the forefront of a national debate. What is inspiring, however, is the response of community and unity that this debate has caused.  This was very eye opening for us and encouraged us to become more invested in our second amendment rights. After being recreational shooters for several years, we knew we needed to take it up a notch. We decided to do this by dedicating more time to training, practice, and by obtaining certifications. As we set out on this journey we realized several things:

 

1. The gun community seems to be booming and growing in the face of adversity.

2. A large portion of this growth is females, to include several of our friends who are now first time gun owners.

 

We are excited to see this growth and interest in such an amazing, empowering activity, sport and way of life. We were inspired to unite women shooters. Calling them to a higher commitment within the gun community and encouraging them to follow and join us on the journey to become well educated, smart, independent, gun owners.  We know this desire is burning within other women. Therefore, we created this group TO: encourage other women, share ideas, training, equipment, and skills, and to create a positive voice within the gun community, and foremost be our own protectors. We have several exciting things in the works and invite YOU to join us on this journey and get involved.
